layer shift when multiple individual .stl files are placed individualy

When using the pursa control slicing software I have tried to put multiple .stl files on the print platform and every time they have a layer shift early in the print. It moved in the Y-axis about 1 inch. It print fine when only 1 .stl file is placed in the platform. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking that when you place one object, you place it in the center. When you place multiple objects, the axis has to move farther and encounters possibly a bind? Try printing just one object but place it close to an edge of the build plate. Probably dead center at the front and then dead center at the rear? If it still gets the layer shift then check for binding axis? Another user on here had the heater cables for the bed catching between the frame and the bed when the build plate moved back to print up front.

I don't believe that one axis is binding because I can put the parts in an assembly file, save the assembly as a part and then make the .stl from that. The difference is that I am playing one .stl instead of multiple even though I am covering the same amount of the build plate. I am just trying to find a fix because it is a little annoying to do and I am trying to save my self some time.
