Items printed on satin sheet have a different sheen near the perimeter

You can see it mostly in the black and the red. It seems to be hidden pretty well in the yellow. What I'm referring to is the shiny part just below the "LE" and above the "OL". This shininess appears virtually everywhere the extruder makes a 180° turn. Is there any good way to alleviate this? I dislike how it makes the part look in the light. This is primarily why I like the textured sheet much more than the satin sheet. I'd print this part with the textured sheet, but it makes some of the text look blurry and runs together.

You can also clearly see the path the print head takes to lay down the plastic. When printing on the textured sheet, it is almost impossible to see. Does this indicate that my hot end is too high? The print below was done in PLA, I'm currently printing in PETG and raised the extruder by 0.02 mm to avoid boogers.
