I think you need to revisit your live z offset and bed level, live z first obviously.

It appears your nozzle is too close to the bed, back it off a little. And rather than waste time and money printing a giant square d/l and use the calibration squares from Thingiverse first. Then once you have success with them print a giant square if you feel the need.

I try to back up a little but then the PLA is not sticking into the PEI sheet (and I clean between prints with IPA). Also, the reason I did a giant square is because as you can see from the first picture, the top left part its fine, but the right side and the bottom left have issues.

Try cleaning the bed with dish soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry with a paper towel. Alcohol alone can't displace the amount of oily contamination some pei beds seem to come with out of the box.

That's basically the issue lots of us were having in that bed leveling thread a while back. You can dial in a set of calibration squares perfectly and still have waves (or gaps) in between points or in the corners where we can't adjust it. Especially on a glossy bed it seems like even tiny changes make a huge impact. <5 um on mine can swing between small gaps in the infill to horrible wavy mess.

Fair enough, but that's not what I see with a reasonably good z and reasonably flat bed. Then again, I don't go around printing giant squares either 😛

there is an option in the Calibrate menu that is called "Bed Level Correct", that lets you adjust left, right front and back on the bed, this might help you,

or search on hyperfine bed levelling...
