Issue with prints from Prusa MK 3

Hi guys,

I have an issue with the printer at our makerspace. It is an Original Prusa Mk3 with the E3D V6 hotend it has been printing fine with really good quality prints.

But recently I have been seeing some weird layer issues. I don't think it has to do with layer shift. It is just that the layer lines are really off. I am attaching a few pictures of the calibration cubes I printed.

I even made a bed leveling calibration print, the First Layer Calibration is really off in the center because of that there are gaps. Been with constant contact with Prusa Chat. Wasn't really helpful.

These are all the Troubleshooting that Prusa Chat made me do:-

Check the Belt tension using belt test. All good.

Disassembled the Z axis to check the X-axis and Y-axis bearings all good.

Readjusted the Z-axis.

Re-greased the rods and bearings and lead screws.

Recalibrated the Pinda sensor.

Recalibrated the Besh Med leveling

Recalibrated the Bed level Correction.

Opened up the hotend to check the PTFE tube and clogs like partial clogs and such in the nozzle.

Kindly any comment or help is really appreciated

Did you check the scrub screws on the motor axes?

Enable 7x7 mesh bed levelling and visit this page:

I already did it. But the issue is with the center where the gaps are so bad and also the layer lines.

There is no option to change the bed level correction in the center of the bed

Get the centre right first.

RE:

The xyz-calibration resets the bed level correction. So do a xyz-calibration and thereafter print a center square only and use live z to adjust. When the center square is fine, print the bed level correction pattern and use the bed level correction if needed for the other squares.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
