infill shift on one side only

on the left side you can see the infill shifts slightly to the right.  I have restarted the print several times.  I have resliced.  I have upgraded the slicer to 2.5.  I have updated the firmware on the printer.  How can I correct this?  It will and is causing the wall to be stringy.

Thank you for your help,

Kevin Montgomery

My first guess would be some physical obstruction of the x axis on that side? I have a hard time seeing any slicer/firmware settings that could cause it.

And I would give the sheet a thorough scrubbing with hot water and dish washing soap.

I understand what you are saying but the offset is perfect.  The extruder also does a perfect line on that side outside of the offset.  This seems more software related than mechanical.

I cleaned the sheet and changed the slicer to the older version.  Same issue.  I am going to try and move the print to the right a little on the sheet.  I do not have much room to move it but worth a try.  Thanks again for the help.

I cleaned the sheet once again.  Resliced with 2.5 version.  Moved the print all the way to the right.  The left side is still shifting only the infill to the right.  The same as the picture in my first post.  Thanks again for any help.

Interesting problem, I suggest going back to Prusa slicer 2.42 (the last stable version) rotating the object 90 degrees and slicing. Not that this will necessarily solve the problem but just to see what happens.

I went back to the previous slicer and moved the it to the right.  It is too large to rotate 90 degrees.  I might try rotating 180.

I can eliminate software issues.  I started this on the printer I have at work (same Prusa Printer) and it is printing flawless.  What do I need to look at on my Prusa MK3S+ with MMU2 I have at home?  Belts, motors, bed.......?
