How to slow down jump speed for quieter print

Changing the speed setting in tune reduces the movement speed and drastically reduces the noise of the motors/belt, however the transition speed between the different print areas is several times faster and makes a lot of noise. Is it possible to have the transition movement be the same as the print speed?

Wouldn't this be the 'Speed for non-print moves' in the Prusaslicer print settings?

I see that mine is (default I assume) 180 so you could easily cut that in half or more.

@jsw

Thank you for quick response, but is it possible to change this during print?
