How to package for return?
How do I best package the printer for returning it to Prusa? I could not find a chapter for that in the online manual.
Support just said: "Try to use the original box, zipties and air cushions to prevent the further damage."
I have th original box and the original air cushions, but of course the zipties are destroyed and I don't know how many there were and where they should be positioned. I also don't know in which position the printer should be for shipping.
Right now I have moved both, the head and the bed, into the middle. I put an air cushion below the head and then pushed the head down, so the air cushion is pressed onto the heat bed. What else should I do?

i would ziptie both the x carriage and bed.
