Has anyone printed with Igus 150-PF filament?

Hello,

I saw a post from 2017 regarding Igus filament but nothing lately.  I have an MK3S+ and am considering printing some small bearings using Igus 150-PF filament.  These bearings will be for another application, not on the Prusa printer itself.

Here is a link to the Igus site with information on this filament.

https://www.igus.com/product/12404?artNr=I150-PF-0175-0250

It's expensive relative to PLA and PETG but it has a lot of good properties for bearings.

My questions a focused on the nozzle temp, bed temp etc. to see if there is anything I should be concerned about.

Thanks!

Kyle

RE:

A shop where sometimes I purchase filaments and spares has Tribo filaments on their catalog.

Iglide i150-PF isn't there but they have the Iglidur i180-PF, which I suppose has similar properties and printing settings,

Here's the link:      https://filament2print.com/gb/tribo/681-tribo.html

Hello,

I ordered a 250g spool of the i150-PF.  I'll test it out and let everyone know how it does.

RE:

Seems very expensive stuff to me, costing eight or ten times more than PLA !.

I suppose that if you really need those superlow friction properties it's worth it.

I printed plain bearings with I180 from Igus some time ago:

My temp settings:

no cooling, retraction 0.6, z-hop 0.2mm

wbr,

Karl

Does anyone have info on settings for the igus i150-PF?  I plan on using some and I was wondering if anyone has a good starting point for settings since there isn't a profile built into PrusaSlicer.
