flunctuation in temperature ?

is this fluctuation of temperature normal ?

anybody? help ? any idea ?

have you completed the PID tune option?
are you on the latest firmware?
might be worth doing another PID Tune!

I'd run the PID with the fan turned on to the print speed and double check the grub screw on the thermistor as well.

Mine did the exact same thing for the first few prints after i installed the most recent firmware.

It really freaked me out i thought my thermistor had come loose or broken wire and my printer was going to catch on fire due to thermal runaway.

Spent all day troubleshooting ripped the hotend off and tested all wires made 100% sure thermistor was very very well attached to hotend all checked out. Even ran a new thicker wire when i reinstalled it in case i needed it later incase wire was intermittently coming apart or something.

So i chalked it up to a software issue. And sure enough after 30-40 hours of printing it went back to normal and haven't seen a fluctuation like that since. Perhaps its just the new firmware doing some kind of calibration.
