First layer issue making me nutz!

Hey guys I know many people ask questions about first layer issues but I’ve been working on this for days and would really appreciate some thoughts. I am using a smooth sheet on the bed and printing at 215/65 80 mm/s. Initially I used a sealed roll of Prusament PLA that was several years old so I bought a new roll of Overture PLA. I have readjusted to pinda probe and run through all the tests and calibration steps. I have run my z offset from -0.600 and the layers were so thin that I could barely scrape them off the bed. The pic here starts at -0.550 and backs off in .050 increments till I got to -0.250 If you have any thoughts I would love to hear them. The print nozzle looks clean although I may put a new one on if I can’t come up with anything else. Thanks in advance!
