Did you perhaps get bitten by https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/1522 ? If your printer was doing a small enough operation when interrupted that didn't take it very far this'd only cause a layer shift and not going off the print bed/crashing.
I suppose it's possible. I'll try rolling back the firmware and see if the problem persists. It is interesting that this happened on the second layer both times, just like in the post for 1522. Nothing to tell me it is anymore more than coincidence, though. I'd just printed something that had a diameter of about 100 mm. The failing object is 125mm across, so the extruder travels much faster and farther.

After upgrade to this firmware have issue with mesh bed levelling. Every 9 of 10 mesh bed levelling failed. Anybody else?
