Filament Jam - Please Help!

Hello! This morning I had the pleasure of waking up to a failed print and jammed filament. I was using Prusa PLA. When discovered, the filament was no longer able to go through the PTFE tube going into the hotend, and was starting to backup at the gears. Thank goodness the MK3 filament sensor detected it and stopped the print. It appears the filament is jammed hard somewhere between the top of the PTFE tube and the nozzle. I cannot push it through or pull it out. I've tried a acupuncture needle from the bottom with no luck. I've heated a piece of filament and stuck it to the visible end and tried to pull it out that way, no luck. I can get ahold of the top of the filament pretty securely, but it is stuck hard even with the nozzle at 250c. I'm new to 3D printing and would love some suggestions on how to resume my happy 3D printing life. See the picture below.

assuming this is a prebuilt, so I'm not sure what support would have you do, but I'd check with them before proceeding). This would, however, be an easy fix and you just need to pull 5 screws to get the v6 out and clear the jam yourself.

provided you want to get your hands dirty, these links will show you how to take apart the hotend and clear the jam yourself

Hi Lance,

You tried already many things, there are not many options left. But maybe ....
1. I would remove the nozzle, heat up to 230C and trying to push it through.
2. If (1) doesn't help, you have to disassemble the whole thing

I took apart the whole hotend. The smaller piece was jammed right at the top of the teflon tube, then a gap and the remainder down to the nozzle. Unfortunately I damaged the teflon tube and had to order a replacement. I should be back up and running in a few days. Thank you for the response and the support.
