I am done it is over, for the fifth time in three weeks when I asked about the shipping for an In stock item I ordered and paid for on March 30th Prusa Support tells me the same lie they tell me over and over again " it will ship in the next three days" I have been checking daily for the last two weeks this item has never been listed as on back order, why does it take three weeks to ship a set of gears. (the simple answer is they know I am not happy and they are screwing with me)
I am already on my second spool of Filament on my New printer. (something the Prusa Never made it to)
I love my new printer so much I am thinking of getting an extra one, and now don't be shocked but the parts for my new one are in stock, you can get supplies for it and support is helpful. 🙄
Companies that value there customers don't take money for an Alpha item, they ship in a timely manner and stand behind there products.
If I ever get the parts I ordered
If the Build plates ever get in stock
I might but this POS together with vs 9.18.7 of the firmware and donate it to a school or something but I sure as heck will not be buying anything with the Prusa name on it again I learned my lesson

What printer did you go with?
Im about over it to and i dont even have my printer yet, I do however have 2 UPS tracking numbers now both of which have not been updated since being sent, and one was sent last week on monday so 11 days ago zero tracking updates. Not sure whats going on but im pretty sure my printer has not shipped even though i have been sent 2 different tracking numbers now, likely to just pacify me and keep me off chat asking WTF is going on.

After getting mine and it being a complete disappointment I sent it back, and wanted to try to get another one sent out to see if it was just a lemon-
Well still no word on when I'll be getting my new unit- and am currently thinking of just asking for my money back and to not send me another.
Rather disappointing, to say the least.

Can't you send it back for a refund? I thought I heard they had a good replacement policy. Otherwise you could probably sell it for close to the retail price on ebay.

Nope, I can't even get a answer from them as to why my replacement items are not shipping, as for selling it why? I don't sell junk I don't do that to other humans I couldn't sleep at night if I did.
and the thought of having to talk to Prusa tech support again raises my blood pressure to "OVER 9000!!!" I am pushing 50 I don't need the extra stress, but if I can keep someone else from making the same mistake that it is 1500 well spent.

Well unless the hardware is completely different than mine it can be fixed if someone doesn't mind tinkering. Heck if you don't want to sell it and you aren't going to try fixing it, you could always donate it to a friend/family member. There is probably a high school kid that would love to take on a project like that!
