Can't stop stringing

Good Evening,

I'm hoping some of you experts can help me out. I can't seem to get this stringing under control. I printed the Benchy code, and no matter what I do, I can't get stringing under control. Also, my nozzle seems to ooze before and after printing. About 2-3 inches just slowly ooze out, then eventually stop. I have tried temperature changes, retraction, extrusion, etc.  Is it my hot end? I have tried almost every forum I could find.  Please help.

Filament: PLA

TEMP: 192C

Bed Temp: 60C

Dry your filament.

Allen,

I dry all my filament for at least 6-8 hours. I have been back and forth with Prusa support for about 2 weeks. I think the Cooling Fan for the print is failing. I just ordered a new one. I'll let you know.

I'd suggest you get yourself some PLA filament that has a default profile in Slicer and slice the benchy with that default profile and 0.2 quality default and MK3s default without any changes at all and print with that filament. This way you can proof/rule out a hardware issue with your printer (hot end, cooling, whatever) before you start repearing something.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
