Can you check this print quality?

filament: generic pla

bed tempe: 60

nozzle temp: 210

layer: 0.2

nozzle: 0.4

hi,

At some point, the print quality started to deteriorate. I don't know what the problem is. I think this is an extrusion defect. By increasing the temperature of the nozzle, the symptoms were slightly alleviated. However, the print quality is still not good. What more tests are needed?

RE:

Have you checked if your nozzle is clean? (Sometimes similar marks come on my print if either the nozzle is clogged or something is stuck to the outside of the nozzle)

Try extruding the filament from the nozzle and see how smoothly it is coming out. If the filament does not extrude smoothly or only a little comes out, you know that the issue is either inside the hotend/nozzle or with the filament itself.

However, if the filament extrudes smoothly (and enough filament is being extruded), you can conclude that the issue is with the movement of the nozzle or bed.

Hope this helps. 🙂

hello. I solved the problem.

The photo on the left is the result of a printing defect.

The photo in the middle is a photo printed after repeating cold pull 5 times.

The photo on the right is a photo of the printout after replacing the nozzle. Replacing the nozzle completely resolved the quality of the printer output. Thank you.
