can not seem to get z axis calibrated

can not seem to get z axis calibrated

my printers been working fine then I had a print failure, and every since then can't print anything z axis is way off and wont calibrate

I would:

Loosen the Z motor mounts and the top brackets.

Run the Z axis from bottom to top a couple of times using the Move Z command.

Tighten all the screws again.

Z axis smooth rods not parallel can cause all sorts of problems.

Your print failure probably caused the Pinda sensor to be moved, if it hit the print. Check for damage to the Pinda mount, if damaged it will need replacing. Follow the instructions in the assembly manual to check the Pinda sensor height above the bed using a cable tie. Then carry out a full calibration, including Z-height calibration, just to be sure.
