I would think taking advantage of the spring sheet would cause deviations each print. Every time you bend it, even though it might seem like it springs exactly back, it causes differences in bed level. That and if you didnt put it on EXACTLY the same each time your results would vary.

I even had a sliver of filament under the bed between prints and it amazed me that it still printed successfully. I would assume that was due to the leveling. idk 🙄

Excellent point! I wonder if that means one should also wait a certain length of time for the spring steel to finish "springing back," as it were, before starting the bed leveling. If it isn't stable, then the bed leveling will be off if it continues to flex afterward.

You maybe need to rerun First Layer Calibration from menu after ajusting Live Z for set it permanently

You bed leveling looks perfect. This problem is with z-offset or extrusion calibration.

The levelling looks perfect as in the photos it is consistant in how much the Z adjust is off.

I don't think the spring back of the spring steel sheet is a factor here, unless a person drastically over-bends it.

To my eye, the magnets in the bed overwhelm the rigidity of the spring steel and pull it flat. If you want to get very, very pedantically technical I do believe steel has the property of creep and hysteresis (not springing back 100.00% immediately). however, the magnets will easily pull it down.

A bigger factor is that at different bed temperatures there is a different amount of bending of the bed structure due to differences in temperature between the bed and the support frame under the bed. This can be measured by running G80 and then G81 to report the results. I am also worried about debris and this has already been mentioned

In addition to debris and thermal affects if a printer is moved from place to place it may be sitting on a different surface causing the frame to twist, pulling on the Y axis rods and this can affect the first layer height.

The levelling looks perfect as in the photos it is consistant in how much the Z adjust is off.

I disagree. The z-height looks "decent" to the left/rear, but towards the front/right it is clearly too high.

Agree with your disagreeing, to me it's clearly a problem of Z compensation as the tightening of the layer isn't constant, so it's a problem of bed leveling.

It could be dirt UNDER the sheet. It could be your build. It could be bad XYZ calibration.
