Bed Leveling Failed after a failed print. Help?

A few nights ago I had my first failed print on my MK2S, and it ran for about 4 hours it seems after the fail occurred. Now when I attempt to print, I get

"Bed Leveling Failed, Sensor didn't trigger. Debris on nozzle? Waiting for reset"

When I attempt XYZ Calibration it runs 4 iterations and eventually fails, and when I run Z Calibration it seems good until point 5 where instead of being slightly above the point, the extruder lightly presses into the bed, and point 6 presses Hard into the bed, pushing it down. Haven't let it run past that. I have also tested the extruder and it doesn't seem to be clogged.

I have tested the PINDA Probe by doing the probe and cable tests on Prusa's site. The Printer came assembled so I'm at a loss for what I need to do to get up and running again, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What offset do you have to enter when you go through calibration? If it is greater than a certain value, they suggest moving the PINDA probe closer or further away. The user manual that comes with the printer walks you through this.

Can you run through the calibration and report back the value?
