Bad printed portion only

Hi all,

When I print everything is going quite well except that there is often (always) a little part of the print that is crapy (never same place on the bed). It happens with my new 0.6mm nozzle(Official E3D Nozzle X).

Of course I created my new gcode within Prusaslicer with new 0.6 default Prusa MK3s config. I also calibrate as usual my Z leveling.

Any advice would be more than appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Clean bed with dish soap, and test again. This very important.

Check first layer if it is not to low.

Extra:(normally not needed)

First layer use more heat 5 or 10 C

first layer slow down to 10 mm

Thanks a lot @peter-m26

My bed is clean. I spray little isopropyl before each print and it works quite well for now 🙂

After few prints, it does not happen anymore. I suspect a bad filament, because nothing else cold have change and this is the only thing that can vary in time.

Wash bed with dish soap , this cleans bed very good and a lot better, and filament will stick better, after a few print wash it again.

In between print you can use alcohol.

Also with filament change wash the bed with dish soap.

Also with thin parts, small parts, always wash with dish soap, then parts will stick better, and do not fall of the bed.
