Advice for 0.6 nozzle settings for MMU2S multi printing?

I've just updated to Prusa Slicer 2.0 and am using Mk3S + MMU2S. I'm glad for the presets for 0.25 and 0.6 nozzles (have both, use the 0.6 nearly exclusively) in single mode, but am wondering what changes I need to make for multi mode? I've set nozzle diameter on all extruders to 0.6 but would like to know if there are settings for retraction, etc. that would be better suited than 0.4 nozzle settings. I'm assuming there would be some differences, otherwise they would have been included with the PS 2.0 version (as were single mode settings for these nozzles)?
Filament loads/unloads have been fairly consistent for shorter prints, but get to a point in longer prints (or many changes) that they fail frequently. If there are different setting needs for the multi mode, I'd like to employ them and pick the low hanging fruit. FWIW, I'm on 3.7.1 + 1.0.5 firmware.
