Z Axse configuartion "changes" from print to print

Hello guys,

I have an other Problem: After I made a succesfull print and I start a new print, the Z Axes is totaly wrong in first layer. I need to live adjust it by about 0.200 - 0.600

this is totaly random. The pronter probe is clean. Do I need to replace something? Or can this also be a problem caused by the warped headbed?

Do your gcodes have the mesh level process set?  G80 ?

I have no idea what that mean. But I will attach the gcode 🙂

What slicer are you using? If Prusa Slicer, what printer profile are you using, and have you changed anything in it?

I used the Prusa Slicer and I changed nothing. The support told me it could be the warped bed...

Slice and print the larger of these circles, and post an image.

Cal Circles

Be sure you use the [LINK TO] MEDIA FILE option before pressing [Insert into post].

Also, create a ZIP file with the circle gcode you print. And post it along with pictures.

As for whether the heat bed is warped, or improperly assembled? Could be, but generally the bed doesn't warp almost a millimeter (0.6).

the printer printed for about one year and now this problem appeared. I measured the bed and it seems to be warped. That will also explain why the first layer high is shifting

also look at the pinda mount , a number of people have reported their pinda mount has softened and twisted from printing in an enclosure so the pinda is no longer vertical . also make sure the screw in the pinda mount is tight

the pinda is ok but the screw was not tight enough. I tightend it and now I am recalibrating. after that I will do the things Tim told me

The pictures look pretty good.   What was the Z-offset setting you used?    And, if you print the same gcode, what is the Z-offset value when you start the print?   It should be the same as the last value used in the prior print.

A loose PINDA will most certainly cause the value to jump around.  So it is good you found it.

As for the forum: images, jpegs and jpgs and png files can be dragged and dropped into the text box directly.  .gcode and .stl files need to be zipped then the zip dragged into the text box.   And to let others zoom in on the images, you need to set LINK TO from NONE to MEDIA FILE; then the image thumbnail can be clicked and the original easily viewed.
