Y shift on new build?

I have a new build MK3S with a Bondtech extruder with a mosquito magnum hotend. I'm having a strange issue with a seeming shift on my Y axis. I've examined the belt tension on the Y, don't see any obvious issues. Here are some images. Could it be a different issue, or is there something obvious I'm missing?

Friction.  Extruder must move easily and smoothly in both axis. Dry bearings is one common cause. Also, a loose drive gear or loose belt hopping over the gear are other common issues.

I finally think I have the answer.. I'd tried lubrication on the bearings, resecuring bolts, changing tension on the belt, with no results.. Finally I found someone across town on a local slack group for printing PPE who loaned me a spare Y stepper motor they had and it works like a charm and produces beautiful prints, when I put the original motor back, the print shift returns.. so I suspect the motor has some issues with slipping on a step.
