Y-Axis roller screw cross-threaded and stripped
When mounting the Y-Axis roller to the frame, the self-locking nuts are extremely difficult to get into the hole far enough to catch the threads on the screws when securing to the frame. Unfortunately, I inadvertently cross-threaded one of those screws and the self-locking nut stripped out the hole in the 3D-printed part during tightening. Sadly, I had to destroy the printed part in order to free it from the screw because the self-locking nut could not be removed. When attempting to use an adjustable wrench to free the screw from the self-locking nut, the screw-head stripped because the Allen wrench stripped out the screw-head itself. Now I'm stuck with an unremovable screw stuck in the frame and a destroyed 3D-printed Y-Axis roller mount.
Please see attached photos.
What are the recommendations on how best to proceed?
Many thanks.

Contact support, see what they can do for you. In the future, grab a longer screw to first pull in the nut into the hole, then remove and use the appropriate screw.
