Y Axis length error (motor doesn't know when it's hit limits)
During the self check the Y Axis fails. I have posted a link below of what it does before it fails the test.

Your Y motor pulley is loose on the motor shaft, or your belt is too loose and is skipping on the pulley. I can see it still rotating when the bed has reached its limit. Tighten the grubscrews properly / tension the belt.
