Y axis calibration fails
I have read the many topics on this item and no solution jumps out at me.
When I run the initial calibration, it fails on the Y axis test. I watch the test and the bed moves to the back until the bearing reaches the Y rod holder. It then moves all the way forward until the other bearing hits the front Y rod holder then then gives about 5 seconds of clacking noise until the test fails.
I have no problem physically moving the bed. Even the test moves the bed without problem.
The hotbed cable is long enuf, the set screw is against the flat part of the Y motor shaft,

Additional measuring indicates the bed moves 218mm from one y rod holder to the other.
Does this mean dis-assembling to the point where I can move the two bearings about 1mm each?

fixed the problem by increasing the tension in the pulley.
