Y-Axis briefly stops during print

Hello folks,

I have a problem with my freshly assembled i3 MK3S Kit.
The Y-Axis (Print bed) briefly stops during prints which shifts the paths a little and thus detroys every print im trying to do.
Both cura and the prusa slicer do not work. I dont feel any resistance when pushing the bed carefully by hand and the error does not occur during calibration either thus I think it cannot be a mechanical issue.

Here is some fotos/videos of the resulting prints and stopping of the bed:

Any ideas how to fix it?

Thanks in advance,

RE: Y-Axis briefly stops during print

Your Y axis is apparently hitting - something.

Check for any cables that could be hit, above or below the print bed.

Are your y-rod holder zip tie tails may be catching the y-carriage or bears.

The zip ties don't appear to have been properly trimmed.

Here's a clue ... why is there filament dangling down on the bed?

And besides that - belt or pulley slip will explain the errors, too.
