XYZ Callibration issue - z axis problem
Just attempted my first calibration on a newly assembled printer.
X/Y axis all good. My problem appears to be the z axis. During the calibration it should raise the print head to the top of the z axis. On my printer it raises about 2 inches then stops without an error message asking me to insert a piece of paper for the next step. If I repeat this step it will move up a further inch or two but still not reach the top. Eventually (with several repetitions) it reaches a point about 2 inches from the top of the z axis and will go no further.
I can manually raise the print head by turning the trapezoid threads with my fingers and there doesn't feel like there are any tight spots.
If I continue the calibration procedure I get an error as the head touches the plate too soon.
Any suggestions?

No idea what could cause this. While you wait for an answer here, you might want to contact Prusa Chat Support.

Problem sorted thanks to Chat. (thanks William)
I needed to rotate one of the trapezoidal nuts 45 degrees relative to the other. It was a slight alignment issue.
Thankfully a simple but relatively obscure problem. I never would have got there on my own.
