XYZ Calibration Failed. Please consult the manual.

I have recently assembled my new MK3 and have not been able to get past the XYZ calibration. It goes through all 4 points and fails after the 4th point. Watching the PINDA, it appears to be within each circle for the 4 calibration points. I can not figure out what is wrong.

I have updated the firmware to 3.9.

I have checked the PINDA height to be the thickness of a ziptie as instructed.

I have done a belt test and am within the 240-280 window for both x and y.

I have tried resetting the XYZ calibration.

Nothing has fixed this issue. Someone please help!

If this is a new out of the box printer, I would contact support.

Look at the support video about common assembly errors.

If you are having Y axis problems,  check that the Y axis u-bolts are not bent or misaligned.  Swap the u-bolt for a spare and see if that helps.

RE: XYZ Calibration Failed. Please consult the manual.

Adjust pinda probe a little lower , and then do calibration again.(try 1 or 2 steps down).

Check all axis if wen the 3d printer is powered down, if all axis are moving without getting stuck.

Also check x axis, if cables at the extruder are not hitting to the left and wright(x axis).
