XYZ Calibration Error

I have just assembled the Original Prusa i3 MK3 Kit. I have been struggling for hours getting the XYZ calibration portion. I was successful once, but I did a factory reset assuming that I had fixed the problem. The printer struggles to do the Z axis calibration, I notice that it does not go all the way up every time I set up the Z calibration, only sometimes. Is this normal? Its only about 20% efficient completing the Z calibration at best. I attempted to adjust the P.R.I.D.A sensor, lubricate all the shafts and have revised the correct bolt placement on the trapezoidal coverings of the x-axis arms that go up and down the Z-axis. Any other things or steps that I can try? Thanks in advanced for your help!
