XY Calibration Problem

I just received and built my printer this week. I had to make a few tweaks to get through the self test, but managed after a bit (hooray!). When moving to the XYZ calibration I'm hitting a problem where it cannot find the points for calibration. The PINDA sensor seems to be a good deal right of here it should be when searching. The issue is repeated when trying auto home. I've added a couple pics of the relative heights and the position it thinks is home. I have checked most of the parts I can think of and some of the suggestions online to no avail.

Any ideas of things to check?
