X Shift on Recently upgraded mk3s+
I recently upgraded my mk3 which was collecting dust and got it back up and running. It seems to be printing ok, but the x shift is a little atrocious. It’s failing the xyz calibration and says to consult the manual. The shift only seems to be happening on the x as the other two don’t seem to have the same problem.
RE: X Shift on Recently upgraded mk3s+
I would suspect
1, Loose screws on the X axis Toothed wheel on the motor spindle (One Grub screw should face the flat on the motor spindle the other should face the rounded Side of the shaft) Tighten in that order.
2, small possibility, Loose X Belt
3, Small possibility X axis jamming and causing fake collisions...
