x axis print sides are not aligned
Hi, my printer is about year old. Not sure when it start but now now it is doing this artefact. Happen mostly on x axis with wide model.
PLA model 10x23 cm, With textured sheet it is almost imposible to print that because of bending caused by cooling.
my ideas:
- change bearings
- lubricate rods
- add box for better heat management
- reassembly X pulley and belt (about 245 tension)
do you have better idea or solution ? Thanks!

Without seeing how this was oriented on the bed, and since you say is X, assuming that the long part was front to back.
Sure looks like loose pulley or loose belt at first glance. Have you downloaded and printed the very useful belt tightness gauge?

will print that belt tool...
both pictures show "short" side on left and right (x axis)
next print finished also bad... so probably check pulley

fixed pulley but print failed again. Exactly same as last pic. 🙁
