X axis not parallel to bed if I use the top parts

Hello,

I'm assembling an MK3 and have some problem with my X axis not being parallel to the bed when I use the top parts holding the screw and rod.

Here are two pics to compare the left and right side.

Yes, I tried turning the right screw but it forces itself down.

If I remove the two top parts then everything's ok.

I went forward and did the first calibration without the top parts without any problem but I'm afraid after any problem it might cause.

Okay, so someone had the same problem and it looks like I have the exact same issue :

Looks like my x-idler and probably x-motor might be the problem.

I'll try printing new ones without using the top parts and then replace them.

You'll be in for a challenge... you'll need those tops installed to complete calibration successfully.

I'd start by removing the rods and verifying it isn't galled up on one side with stray plastic that causes this. It's very easy to dig into one of the sides if the rod has a sharp edge and is pushed in at anything other than 90 degrees.

Check your x-rods are fully inserted.

This is probably the problem, rods were hard to push in, and even though they stayed straight I should have checked the parts before, I'll try that, thanks !

Sadly they are, all the way in, not a µm left.
