X-Axis Catching, Unsure how to further troubleshoot
I built my prusa i3 mk3 kit and have been experiencing some weird symptoms. They all seem to be related to a problem with my x-axis, but I figure I'll describe the symptoms first, and then my thought process.

I think all of the above symptoms indicate an X axis problem. Working with the live chat, I got my x axis belt calibrated to exactly 250, after running a few self tests, it currently sits at 254. I ensured that the screws that attach the x pulley to the motor were tight, and that the x pully is not rubbing up against the x motor housing. I looked briefly at the x-axis idler, and I don't see anything obviously wrong, but I don't really know how to test it now that it's fully assembled.
I took a video of the latest test print (the z height adjust print built in to the calibration menu), it failed miserably, in the video you can hear the clicks from the motor as well as see a full x axis stop during the mesh bed leveling.

check your X axis movement, it should be smooth, with resistance from your motor.
it sounds like you have something causing it to be rough.
this could be an idler fault, idler bearing bolt too tight, idler bearing faulty, belt too tight, X axis linear bearing faulty, X axis backplate too tight causing problems with the linear bearings...
have a play, check these items out, see if they resolve your issue!
