FOUND IT... Y Axis stepper was vibrating against rear frame plate. places a thin plastic shim between it and the frame and the noise no longer exists.
Thanks for the help and suggestions people 🙂
RE: Wierd noise when printing....
All sorts of resonances in the mechanicals. You'll just need to search it out. Check the LCD to Plastic (press on the LCD as the noise happens). Another is the steel sheet rattling against the two locator screws in back. Another is a loose Y bearing retainer. Loose bed screw. Loose power supply part. And it may just be worn bearings and the bed is rattling around.
Your post didn't include the video, so here's a good link.

RE: Wierd noise when printing....
bed screw tight, Y axis bearing loops tight enough as per assembly instructions. screen and housing checked and not an issue. worn bearing is next to check but i've only had the printer 2 weeks and I greased the bearings before I assembled them onto the bed. (contrary to instructions). power supply feels ok and noise doesn't appear to be coming from there. as for steel sheet against pins will put something between them and check again later..
