I keep looking at the first picture you attached and it still looks like filament "starving" to me. Is your filament tangled on the reel, is it the right diameter, are your extruder feed rollers the right diam or do they slip on cold filament. Etc.

I watched the Muse (Australian guy on 3d printing on Youtube)  that led me to get the Prusa 3MX2S. He had several startup problems that I have never seen on other sites. He might have some comments that can help you.

The belt tension numbers are meaningless for tension, but can be useful in understanding bearing friction.   This describes how to measure belt tension:

ps: the original post image shows adhesion problems, most often caused by oils on the filament or on the bed.

here is the z adjust

A spot of poor adhesion, likely from an errant fingerprint. Give it a wipe with isopropyl alcohol (wipe away from print area) for a quick fix, but better to give it another dunk. It's really important to avoid touching that PEI surface. It's amazing how far grease can transfer. Glad to see you're making good progress. Stick with it, you're almost there!

First Layer Calibration

First tell the firmware which sheet you have mounted (smooth or textured) the last Z setting you set will be stored by the firmware for that sheet.

You need to repeat this process for each different sheet type you use. The physical thickness of the textured sheet is thinner than the smooth sheet.

Never ever mislead the firmware about which sheet is current. That can dig trenches across the sheet - or print in the air.

Hope this helps.
