Upgraded MK3 to MMU2S Issues
Originally, I bought MK3 kit and put together many months ago and it works fine till I got my MMU2 on July 2018. I ran into so many issues as I couldn't get it print properly - as no feeding. Then I got busy and put it on "hold" for very long time.
3 weeks ago (a year later), I finally got time to work on it. I found several mistakes I made on MMU2 and fixed it. But still having issue as filament wasn't able to go through nozzle. I checked the pathway and they don't seems to be obstructed. I updated firmware on both printer and MMU2, still have same issue with feeding.
I almost bought a whole new MMU2S and I was lucky that I decided to ask live person a question. It turned out I only needed upgrade kit. The upgrade kit contains updated extruder. I was hoping that it would fix the issue.
I put updated extruder together and ran calibration and test print. Test print failed as the blade on selector finda got out. I noticed the selector finda's blade seat was non-exist. So, I ordered a new selector finda (yes, I know, we can print it. But my printer isn't working).
Now I finally got MMU2S working properly and new extruder seems to "working" properly. I put quote on working because it worked for 5 seconds and then it quit feeding. I checked the extrude hole and noticed that the filament somewhat "melt" or scrapped on bondtech teeth.
From what I read, lot of people complained that extrude was too tight for filament.
I'm in a bind... I don't know anyone locally who is expert on 3D printer. This is my first 3D printer and I really wanted to get it fixed. I tried to find any local service that offer printer repair but none.
What can I do in order to fix it?
RE: Upgraded MK3 to MMU2S Issues
Updated.
I begun to noticed the possible issue on communication between main and MMU2S. When I clicked to load filament to nozzle, it works fine as the filament came out of nozzle. But it stopped after 3 seconds - I can see the bondtech rolling on both extruder and MMU2S and nothing came out of nozzle.
The first picture, that is coming out of extruder - you can see filament scrapped off. Second picture came out of MMU2S, it's sightly scrapped. Why is it happening?
I've updated firmware on both - Main: 3.72-2363 and MMU2S: 1.0.5-297.
I know MMU2S should be 1.0.6 but I tried to flash it and it says it's up to the date.
I would appreciate any advice or assistance.
Thank you.

It should be the default, but the admins haven't touched the forums in a while.
RE: Upgraded MK3 to MMU2S Issues
Anybody?
I just put together brand new MK3S (no MMU2 this time). I noticed that when I had it load the filament and it only load for short time and then asked me if it's correct color. But on old one, I had it load straight to nozzle and it kept going for much longer than I saw on new MK3S.
Is it a software issue or what else that can cause it?
RE: Upgraded MK3 to MMU2S Issues
Update:
I finished my brand new MK3S and went back to old one with MMU2S.
I watched closely during loading filament directly to nozzle - as under "Load to Nozzle" setting.
It's loaded as normal and filament came out of nozzle as normal. Few seconds later, the screen says "loading filament" but filament stopped coming out of nozzle. I can see bondtech in extruder spinning counterclockwise (showing it should go to nozzle). On MMU2S, the bondtech was showing spinning counterclockwise as it seems it was trying to eject the filament (as it goes back to spool, not to extruder).
I double checked all cables and they all seems to connected correct.

Here's YouTube of bondtech spinning as I described.
