unload and load filament over and over again

I have assembled a PRUSA i3 MK3S+ as my first 3D printer. However, due to the following problems, I have not been able to print any of my works yet. It may be a rudimentary issue, but I would appreciate your advice.

[Problem]
Immediately after printing started, the printer instructed me to unload and load the filament, and It just repeated the unload and load instructions over and over again, and nothing was printed.

[I have done with]
- Assembly
- Run self-test successfully
- Run calibration wizard successfully(Including First Layer Cal)

[I have tried (and failed)]
- Print 3D model from SDcard
- Print from Pronterface
- Try both again after run calibration wizard again

Best Answer by Diem:

Check your filament sensor connections.

If no immediate improvement, disable the filament sensor on the LCD menu and try again...

Let us know how you get on and we'll take it further.

It works!

I turned off the filament sensor and I finally can print!

I will check my filament sensor connection.

Thank you so much.

Recheck the whole sensor assembly and connections, anything that interferes with the motion - light stringing or a blob in the print - can interfere.

Fixed

The filament sensor's connector was not plugged into the bottom row but the top row.
Since I fixed it, I haven't had any problems so far.
That was very rudimentary, but a hard-to-find mistake.

Thanks again!

Great news

Sometimes the obvious is not so obvious.  Happy Printing!
