Underextrusion / no extrusion at start of each layer

Basically I've got no or minimal extrusion at the start of every single layer, or to be even more precise, at every unretraction.
Other than that, all prints look pretty good.
This issue isn't noticable when the unretraction is covered up by infill, but in case of hollow objects or thin walls, its very much visible.
I've used the standard silver PLA and only stock settings for these two objects in the picture blow (benchy is from SD card), but I've tried Slic3ers "extra length on restart" setting on 0.1mm which absolutely fixed this gap, but at the same time made the whole object overextruded and completely useless.
The extruder gear looks pretty alligned with the filament, also the grub screw is tight (actually its stuck and I cannot remove it anymore) and nothing on the extruder seems to move or rattle. The extruder door is also not too tight or loose.
Does anybode here got a hint for me? I'm out of ideas

I really could need some help with this please. I also tried setting linear advance values, no luck so far.

Have you tried values *smaller* than 0.1? like 0.05?

Hi,

have you fixed your issue?
It looks like Bernd and I have a similar, if not the same, issue over at this thread https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting-f62/update-small-holes-in-benchy-3d-t28559.html

Thanks for your help. 😀
