Trouble getting anything to print: New i3 MK3 assembled

Hi -

I could use a bit of help - I have a newly arrived Prusa i3 MK3 printer that arrived fully assembled. I have been trying off and on for 30 days to get a sold print with no luck. I have read the manual - completed dozens upon dozens of calibrations - updated firmware etc.

So - here is the data - running firmware 3.1.3-245
I am using 1.75mm PLA that came with the printer.

When I print anything - it just bundles up on the extruder.

Here is a picture of the "PRUSA Badge" -

The calibration keeps resulting in a slight bend of the boxes

I have tried 0mm on Z , -100mm on Z, -200mm on Z and -500mm on Z with the similar results. I assume there is something major that I am missing.

I have cleaned the extruder - I have done both cold pulls - and normal unloading and heating and wiping.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Dennis

Hello Dennis,

your z-height is still too high and the filament is not sticking to the bed. Adjust the live z-height until you can see the filament is squished like explained in the guidelines.
