Top layers rough and lack detail
The top of the print has a very and visible rough texture, but I would like this to be smoother - see photo. I printed at the optimal setting.
Any ideas on how to get a smoother finish?

Top layers will always have a rougher finish. You can try the Ironing feature in Cura slicer to smooth them out a bit.

I tried Cura (with the profile settings from the Prusa downloads) but the prints came out warped, so Cura is not really an option unless that issue can be solved.

did you try making the top layer thicker?
I have a Prusa,therefore I research.
