Support for missing items
Just checking to see if there is a support contact outside of the [email protected] email address.
My Mk3s i3 arrived today, and I ran into some trouble while building it. Looks like the bondtech package was not included since everything else was in the box. I sent an email to the info address, but that appears to be a pre-sales contact point.
These kind of thing happen, especially with so many small packages and parts included. It will be disappointing having to wait longer to get this printing, but at least I will learn even more when I have the break the extruder apart to add those parts later. In the meantime I will be able to play with Octoprint, bed leveling, and all the other fun stuff. Just cannot feed any actual filament through the printer.
