Stringing along

I have a question on what I should be looking at in order to stop my prints from stringing on upper layers?   Here are some photos of what I am talking about.

Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

RE: Save your project

Save this project in PrusaSlicer as xxx.3mf file, then Zip it and put it into a new posting. So I can have a look and maybe can help you. I think it is an issue of part orientation on heatbed

Bridging and overhangs

You are having problems with bridging. The bottoms that are sagging are literally printed over air. The resulting extrusions have nothing to squish against, so have a round cross-section and will tend to sag. These are overhangs, which fall into 2 categories:

  1. Bridges are supported at either end. The printer will try to print a thin strand across 2 horizontally aligned points to create a "bridge" on which to build the rest of the print.
  2. Overhangs are only supported on one side. The printer tries to print out as far as it can, but the filament ultimately sags.

Here's a pic that hopefully clarifies what's going on:

You'll see the same problem with filleted undersides. Curved walls and overhangs are tricky to print with current consumer-grade FFF printers. In your case, the inner walls appear to be filleted in the corners, creating an overhang before the ultimate horizontal bridge. Bridges and overhangs produce similar results, but require different approaches to printing. The brute force method is to use supports, although supports will still result in a rougher appearance on the underside, though better than you're getting now.

As @clemens-m notes, we really need to see your part and settings to make better suggestions. Save your current  3MF project file, zip it up, and attach it to a reply here so we can see your part & settings and give better recommendations.
