Stringing
Hi,
I purchased the preasembled kit from the Store. The prints are awesom, but I have an massive stringing problem.
To the problem:
Since I purchased the mmu2s, I assembled the mmu without changing the parts on the printer. So its still like the Team from prusa assembled it.
BUT since I updated the firmware I have an massive stringing problem. After the update is succesfull, the printer is completly resettet. So I followed the menu and calibrated the printer as he wished.
Also I made an PID tuning and and temp calibration.
I did not changed the Software on comp.
Does someone have an Clue?
Also I used original prusa filament. With Prusa settings.

Can be several reasons, check this out:
Before you do anything else; dry your filament.

Just to be sure: did you change the printersettings in Prusa Slicer to the MK3S with MMU?

And
I did not changed anything on Slicer. Its still om mk3s+ without mmu

2 different humidity sensor says 10%-13%.
I downgradet to an older version, same problem. (with all clibration, also pid tuning to 210 ..)
Meanwhile I put the MMu2S on top and checked the cable from the temp sensor, he is full in.
But.
When I go down with temperature. there is zero stringing.
So f.e. I use prusament with 190 grad, no problems.

My gues: the temp sensor is strugeling. bad for an 1 month old factory assemblet printer 🙁
Any other clues ?

2 different humidity sensor says 10%-13%.
It's a common misconception that you can dry filament in a "dry box" (with desiccant of some form in it), those are for keeping filament dry not for drying already wet filament. You need a filament dryer, an oven or a food dehydrator for that....
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Yeah, this is correct. If you need to remove any moist from filament, food dehydration or bake it in oven are recommended. Once they're dried from dehydration/oven, just transfer them to sealed dry box with desiccant or silica gel to keep filament dry all the time.

You can not See it, but I posted a pic above with the sunlu dryer i used before i put them in the box.
