strange first layer problem Mk3 2.5

Hi,

I am trying to get a Mk3 2.5 printer tuned up at my grandchild's school. I have followed the instructions in the manual and tightened and used the calibration tools. Everything came back good. I then ran the first layer calibration and that looked good. Then I ran a 3 X 3 calibration file and got a strange pattern i could not get rid of.

I currently have a Prusa i3 MK3s and never have seen this problem

Any Ideas would be helpful.
