Step 7 X axis Assembly
The rods on the left side did not seat completely and I'm afraid to try remove them because I don't want to risk bending them. Any suggestions?

Are you referring to that step? Or step 7 "Insert the rods with bearings fully into the printed parts."?

Gotcha. In my case, when I assembled the kit, I was very careful on this step (like in so many others). I remember I initially hit each side with my palm and each side got in a little bit. Like you, I was also afraid of bending the rods but they are strong. What worked for me was to hold each side with a hand and push inwards. Both sides went into the proper place and I moved on. 😀

Thanks. Didn't have anything to lose, so I tried a little harder and every thing seems to have gone into place.
