Starts printing at 23.15mm ??
Hello my friends,
I just finished assemblying the MK3S+. No issues detected. First calibration gets the OK result with alignment etc.
When calibrating first layer, I have to move to -1.250 for a good result. Up to this point, no issue. When a select one file from the demo SD Card, the printer does the 9-points checking and when it starts printing, it jumps to Z=23,15 AND requires me to unload the filament. After that, asks me to reload the filament and repeats the same again and again.
Any key idea? I am a little bit desperated.
Thanks guys!!

Hello and welcome to the Prusaforum!
As a first attempt, try deactivating the filament sensor. You can change this setting on the LCD display.

Hi Karl!! Thanks a lot for the answer... it worked!!
It is being my first day with an authentic Prusa and, sorry for the question but, why is like this? Does it mean that if filament breaks it will not automatically stop printing? I really don't see the relationship.
But, thanks again!! (I am happy now to be able to print... something)

Yes.
@karl-herbert has helped you diagnose the cause of the error; your filament sensor is not triggering correctly.
Now you know where to look for the cause; check the fitting instructions, and then re-enable the sensor to test the fix.

Karl, Diem,
Thanks a lot for your support with this!!
Very very appreciated... I will double check the filament sensor connections.
