[SOLVED] Head crash while calibrating XYZ in the wizard

Hello,

I just put together my MK3 kit, and I am having an issue with the XYZ calibration in the wizard. Whenever I run the wizard, everything checks out fine, including home calibration until I get to XYZ. It scans for the first point without issue. When it reaches the second one, it eventually catches the piece of paper. It doesn't matter how low I put the PINDA probe, either. I've had it level with the nozzle, and I still have issues with the head crashing. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing this?

I tried updating to 3.2.0-RC1, and now it fails on the first point with "XYZ calibration failed. Bed calibration point was not found."

Found my problem. Apparently my X Belt was too tight. It was preventing the printer from homing, which meant the head wasn't in the correct position for calibration.

rc 3.2 has problems with this for a mk3 printer. it is looking for the calibration points in the wrong location. reflash back to 3.1.3 and retry.

I had downgraded to 3.1.3 after 3.2 wasn't even getting me to where 3.1.3 was getting me, even though it was still failing at that point. Ultimately loosening the X belt fixed it.

Hi,
this is not solved. I´ve had the same issue after first turn on. It was during the self-test. The nozzle made some scratches to the front-left corner. At the end of the wizzard everything was fine. I have version 3.1.3-245.

This gradual nozzle crashing still happens to me. The belt is not too tight. The firmware is not the problem.
