Shift Line in Part

Hello All,

A large part that I was printing had a shift line in it which caused some delamination.

What could cause this? Sudden misalignment due to shaking and loose belts?

Materials warp ... and your part did too.

It also looks like there were two pauses where the print stopped for a considerable time. The material probably cooled off sufficient to break free in the corners allowing some life. It all adds up to my guess you were printing hot plastic on to cold plastic. And enclosure might help, and you need to watch the print to see if something is pausing without your knowledge.

Warpage causing part to lift off the bed in corners, this warp can be reduced by increasing bed temperature 5c or 10c, and by keeping the bed exceptionally clean:

Warpage in these upper layers is likely due to pausing the print, the only real remedy is not pausing, or an enclosure that maintains higher ambient to reduce part cooling during the pause:
