Screeching sound on left Z-axis

Hi,

Just after assembling I have this issue: a screeching sound on the left Z-axis but only on specific heights (somewhere in the center). It's annoying but nevertheless it prints good.

See video:

By the way, what a nice experience assembling the kit! I love it! I have experience with a MakerBot Replicator 2 and was hoping the printer would be a little better performance and accuracy wise, and it surely is!

My best guess would be the threaded rod/hexagonal nut. Mine (the nuts) were originally too tight (got replacements from PR) but to make sure, I screwed both of them all the way down each rod. I don't recall if that was mentioned anywhere in the online comments, but maybe it should be--seems logical in hindsight. It could be a burr, other defect in threads, or even a slightly bent/curved threaded rod.

Others may have other ideas.

That's "MISTER Old Fart" to you!
